These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Mayhem Development LLC, dba MyGunRoom.com ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile app, and any related features (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is designed as a personal information tracking and sharing tool for users to manage and share details about their own firearms, ammunition, and related belongings. It is not a marketplace, sales platform, trading post, or transaction facilitator. While certain neutral inventory and communication tools might technically be used by individuals to discuss or propose trades, such use is not the intended purpose of the Platform, and we expressly disclaim any involvement in, or liability for, any actual buying, selling, trading, or transferring of physical items, including firearms. All transactions and transfers occur solely between users and at their own risk and responsibility.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use any features. Users under 18 may only use limited tracking features under parental supervision and with verifiable parental consent where required by law. You represent and warrant that you meet these requirements, that all information you provide is accurate, and that you are not a prohibited person under federal or state law from possessing or transferring firearms or other regulated items.
Geographic Restriction — US Residents Only. The Platform is available exclusively to residents of the United States of America and its territories (collectively, "US residents"). By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are currently residing in the United States or one of its territories. If you are not a US resident, you are not authorized to use the Platform and must immediately cease access. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access based on geographic location at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any suspected illegal activity.
The Platform allows you to track and share information about your personal inventory of firearms, ammunition, and related items. You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., item descriptions, photos, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it solely to operate the Platform.
Basic inventory tracking (up to 5 guns and limited images) is available for free. Advanced features — including adding more than 5 guns, uploading multiple images per item, and sharing features — require a paid subscription.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your inventory data and any shared information. We do not verify, endorse, or take any ownership interest in user content. The tools provided are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. Any use of these tools to facilitate the sale, trade, or transfer of physical items (including firearms) is outside the intended scope of the Platform, and we accept no liability for such activities.
You represent and warrant that any firearms or regulated items listed in your inventory comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and that you are legally entitled to possess and share information about them.
The Platform provides neutral tools for users to track personal inventories and optionally share listings or notes with other users. Sharing features are available only to paid subscribers. These features are intended solely for informational sharing and personal record-keeping.
All interactions, including any sharing of information, proposals to trade, or discussions of potential transfers of physical items (including firearms), occur solely between users. We are not a party to any agreement, sale, trade, or transfer and do not act as a broker, dealer, marketplace, or facilitator of any transaction.
We provide only neutral information-tracking and communication tools. We do not intend for these tools to be used for arranging, negotiating, or completing any sales or trades, and we expressly disclaim any liability for any such misuse. You agree to handle all communications, disputes, logistics (e.g., shipping, in-person handover), and legal compliance independently.
Specifically for firearms or ammunition: Any listing or sharing of information about firearms must comply with all applicable laws. Users are prohibited from using the Platform to arrange, negotiate, or complete any firearm transfer in violation of federal law (e.g., interstate transfers without an FFL where required) or Missouri law. We may remove any firearm-related content at our discretion if it appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities (e.g., ATF).
The Platform offers a free tier with basic features (limited to tracking up to 5 guns and limited images per item). Most advanced tools — including sharing features, uploading multiple images per item, and adding more than 5 guns — are available only to users who purchase a paid subscription.
Subscription details, pricing, and benefits are described on the Platform and may change from time to time. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable subscription terms and any additional payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
We may use third-party payment processors; their terms apply. Note: Many payment processors prohibit or restrict transactions involving firearms; any such use is at your own risk and must comply with their policies. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
The Platform (design, software, trademarks, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer it without permission.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
The Platform is an information tracking and sharing tool only. We do not verify user content or transactions and expressly disclaim any responsibility for the legality, safety, or outcome of any user interactions, including any misuse of tools for buying, selling, trading, or transferring firearms or other items.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO FIREARM TRANSACTIONS, LOSS, DAMAGE, THEFT, INJURY, OR LEGAL VIOLATIONS BY OTHER USERS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (WHICHEVER IS GREATER). You assume all risks related to sharing or any potential misuse of the Platform for physical item transactions, including firearms (e.g., loss, damage, theft, or legal consequences).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your content or inventory listings (including any firearm-related content); (c) your interactions or any transactions with other users (including any sharing or potential transfer of items); or (d) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or suspected illegal activity. You may delete your account via settings. Upon termination, your inventory data may be deleted (subject to backups and legal obligations). Subscription access will end upon termination or cancellation, and no refunds will be issued for partial periods unless required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Springfield, Missouri (or arbitration if we elect in our sole discretion).
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
